HMS Zinnia, a Belgian Navy ship purchased by Belgium from the Royal Navy in 1920, destroyed in 1950.

Condition: cleaned and stripped of varnish by our workshop. Re-varnished with 20 percent damar resin (moderate sheen). No missing areas or retouching. Slight wear, crazing on the wood panel, discoloration along the edges of the painting; it must have been in a frame with a wider mat. Schleiper frame in chrome-plated aluminum. One of the side rails has more significant chrome loss (see photos)
