Early 1800s Louis XV-style Side Table With Inlay
An elegant French drop-leaf table dating from the early 19th century, crafted in the Louis XV style using fine woods. The piece is distinguished by its refined veneer and geometric “herringbone” inlay on the slanted surface of the drop-leaf, framed by a lighter-colored geometric border. Beneath the drop-front are three aligned drawers, also decorated with geometric motifs consistent with the rest of the piece.
