Rolex Caliber 645, central seconds, Breguet hairspring, self-winding movement. “Honeycomb” textured dial with a lovely patina, applied arrow-shaped hour markers, dauphine hands. Two-piece Oyster case, screw-down case back and crown, fixed bezel. Dimensions: 34 mm (excluding crown) x 40 mm (including lugs). Movement and case are signed and numbered. Excellent condition.
