Frédéric Anatole Houbron (1851–1908) was a French painter associated with the Post-Impressionist movement. He painted in oils, watercolors, and gouache, and also produced numerous drawings. He created genre scenes, landscapes, and numerous views of Paris, many of which are preserved at the Musée Carnavalet.
The work is in good condition; please note that there are small scratches on the glass and some gilding is missing from the frame.
