Small French “bonheur du jour” writing desk from the mid-1800s in the Louis XV style, made of rosewood. Exquisitely crafted in the Louis XV style, featuring sinuous lines and rich ornamental details. The lower section consists of the main writing surface and drawers, supported by four slender, gracefully arched legs, while the upper section features an open central compartment flanked by two sliding doors with vertical louvres.
