Terracotta Bricks - 17th, 18th, And 19th Centuries
18th- and 19th-Century Bricks
Build the hearth of your fireplace.
Design a barbecue for this summer...
Erect half-timbered partitions...
Framing windows or doorways.
There are countless ways to use terracotta bricks freshly removed from an old bread oven,
or from a chimney flue on the verge of collapse.
Easy to install with lime mortar, in a beautiful pinkish or light ochre color,
you’ll enhance your renovations with a time-honored material that’s solid, durable, and full of charm.
Dimensions:
3 cm thick
Typically 11 cm wide
21/22 cm long
We sell them individually for 2 € (excluding tax)
You’ll need 36 pieces laid on edge to cover 1 m²
That’s 70 € per m² for this product - Ready to install
We consistently have between 3 and 5,000 pieces in stock.
We do not recommend using them for flooring.
This fireclay would crumble and would not withstand regular foot traffic for very long
We recommend installing them on or with lime mortar.
It would be a crime to bury them in cement.
Petroleum and traditional materials don’t mix!
Cathedrals are a thousand years old… and were built with lime!
Why sacrifice everything to concrete!
