Uniform Of A 2nd-class Carabiniere, Circa 1807–1810. Restored By Our Workshop.

1806-style uniform, made of scarlet wool cloth with blue piping; lapels in blue French serge with white braid; fastens in the front with 5 hooks and rings over a height of 16 cm, then opens at the sides.
At the top, the lapels are each trimmed along their outer edges with seven small-sized, matte-finish uniform buttons. The collar fastens at the front with 4 metal clasps and rings, 9 cm high. The sleeve facings are made of French blue serge with white braid, fastened by three small-sized uniform buttons, one of which is a pass-through button. Below the lapels, the right side of the jacket is trimmed with three large-module uniform buttons. At the back of the jacket, two large-module buttons are fastened at the waist.
Fake pockets or horizontal half-pockets on the back with blue three-pointed braid, each point adorned with a large-sized uniform button, 16 cm wide. Blue de France turned-up lapels with white pomegranates. Shoulder strap straps made of white cloth on a blue background.
In good condition. Restored by our workshop. White braid and buttons replaced.
