Original advertising poster published by the Belgian Colonial Lottery in 1934 and 1935
Color lithograph created by Belgian artist Henri Kerels (1896–1956), signed in the upper left corner.
Printed by J.E. Goossens in Brussels between 1934 and 1935.
The sheet measures 100 cm x 62 cm; the total dimensions with frame are 110 cm x 72 cm.
Depicting the profile of a Congolese man from the Ngombe ethnic group.
This sheet of paper is in very good original condition, with a few very small visible tears along the edges (see photos).
The lithograph is in very good original condition; the colors are very vivid and still retain their raised print texture.
In a 1970s plexiglass frame consisting of two sheets screwed together, with the poster held in place between them.
