Presentation base in wood and gilded stucco, French work from the late XIXᵉ century, intended to receive a statue or small devotional object.
The top, 22 × 23 cm, is adorned with a geometric motif with contrasting reserves forming an elegant grid, slightly patinated by time.
The front features a sculpted decoration in relief, composed of a central medallion featuring two joined hands, framed by finely modeled scrolls and foliage. The whole is enlivened by a warm, even gilding.
Stable, decorative base, ready for use.
