This 19th-century style rug is beautifully crafted using a fine weave and a delicate pattern.
It is a Ziegler rug, a rare and timeless piece. The very low pile creates subtle variations in color depending on the viewing angle. To give the Ziegler rug an original, worn look, it is sun-bleached and finished with sandstone.

Condition : As is. The fringe has been cut short on one side. There is some wool loss on the two opposite corners.
