Louis XVI-style Corner Console Table In Lacquered And Gilded Wood
Elegant small corner console table in carved, lacquered, and Mecca-gilded wood. The top is lacquered to resemble marble in shades of yellow; the central leg is conical; the band beneath the top is also richly carved with acanthus scrolls and beaded chains. The entire surface is characterized by sculptural motifs typical of the Louis XVI style. In excellent condition.
