Beautiful large Longwy enameled and gilded earthenware dish from the 1920s/30s decorated with two birds and a grasshopper in a mulberry tree.
The dish is signed with the Longwy enamels' ten crosses of Lorraine mark.
It also bears the signature of the designer of the "Pies Grieches" decoration as well as that of the enameller and gilder "JM" for Justin Marin.
