Since 1988, a collaboration has existed between Maison Daum and Philippe Starck.
Following on from his "Etrangeté" vase-sculptures, "La Toute Petite Etrangeté" was created for the Seville World's Fair in 1992, in his words "a very small vase for a very small flower".
