Important 18th-century Genoese Louis XVI-style Inlaid Trumeau

An important and rare Genoese Louis XVI trumeau in violetwood and rosewood, embellished with refined inlays in a classical style. The piece retains its original silvered glass, gilded bronze vents, and handles—elements that highlight its elegance and the high level of craftsmanship of the Genoese artisans.

The importance of this work is further underscored by its inclusion in the volume “L'ebanisteria genovese del Settecento” by Lodovico Caumont Caimi.
