Magnificent and rare Art Deco furniture from the 1930s, combining the elegance of the enfilade, the functionality of a secretary and the refinement of a bar cabinet.
Superb precious rosewood veneer with continuous, warm horizontal veining (brown/mahogany shades). Contrasting interior in light sycamore wood
Asymmetrical front:
A showcase section on the left with shelves to display your objets d'art.
A bar area with flap, ideal for flasks and glassware .
A large secretary with central flap opening onto a compartmentalized storage locker (niches, drawer, mail holder).
Large storage spaces at the bottom, closed by doors with original gilded brass handles.inlaid with rosewood.
In very fine condition , the recently redone traditional shellac varnish perfectly highlights the veining.
The opening and flap mechanisms work perfectly.
Small defects of heating on the tray ( see last photo ) can vivible in reality.
