Oval hand-painted miniature depicting the portrait of an aristocrat wearing an embroidered coat.wearing an embroidered coat, mounted in a solid 18-carat two-tone gold brooch chased with a vegetal frieze, hallmarks on the back most certainly jurisdiction of Paris, discharge mark and goldsmith's mark,18th century.

This brooch is in good condition, superb quality. Hallmarked on the back (hallmarks a little worn, difficult to identify).
