Retro convertible bow Bracelet in 18 karat gold diamond and ruby clip band bracelet. Flexible mesh cocktail bracelet adorned with a detachable knot-shaped clip. The clip is made of 18-karat gold and platinum, set with 23 old-cut diamonds (1.10 ct total) and 13 natural rubies (total 1.82 ct). The knot can be detached from the bracelet and worn as a lapel clip or brooch. An ingenious clasp system keeps it in place on the bracelet.
