At the crossroads of Art Nouveau and Art Deco, a delightful "Le Verre français" lamp, in acid-etched multi-layered glass with the famous peony design treated in red and plum on a yellow background flecked with deep orange.
The tulip that closes at the opening signs an unusual shape.
The gilded metal base is finely chased with raspberry branches loaded with fruit and flowers, one of which in bloom wraps around the arm. Numbered and monogrammed on the underside.
Signed "Le verre français" near the neck.
Exceptional color, shape and quality of the glassware.
Dimensions:
Height: 38, 5 cm
Tulip: 12 cm high
Very good condition. Slight soiling, small wear at the tip of the foot ( see photos).
