Theo Weber, Belgian painter born in 1942. He studied at the Académie d'Anvers, then at the NHISKA. He was selected for the Jeune Peinture Flamande d'Anvers in 1968 with "Fantaisie de Feuilles". He is active in Antwerp. Artist listed in the Piron (Dictionary of Belgian Painters). Coté Artprice, Artnet, Akoun, etc....
