Our large vase, circa 1925-1930, in marmorated glass, features a beautiful opaline pink gradation with pink and mauve interlayered powders. With its slender baluster shape and ovoid body, at 42 cm it belongs to the so-called large-format models, which are rarer than the 25/30 cm versions. The vase rests on a hot-applied pedestal base, Schneider's aesthetic signature.
The neck is untrimmed and the blacker foot is characteristic of the master glassmaker's authentic productions.
