Turned Wood Cabinet, XIXth C.
Ebonised rosewood cabinet-on-stand, its surface entirely covered in
intricate applied reed-and-bead moulding with nine pierced gilt brass
escutcheons to the drawer fronts and diamond-shaped brass medallions to
the sides and supported by four spool-turned bobbin legs united by a
conforming H-stretcher, accented with gilt brass finials. Portugal, 19th
