Jean PERZEL (1892-1986) large pair of Art Deco sconces model N°605 listed in the Maison Perzel catalog raisonné, model 605 was originally used to decorate the Grand Luxe apartment on the liner Normandie. A Modernist structure with gilded brass half-moons supported by stepped brackets made of glass slats with fronts worked using the rough diamond technique. Each sconce marked J. PERZEL dimensions: H. 46 cm x W 41 cm Good general and electrical condition, one frosted glass half-crown is missing.
