This beautiful pair of seats rests on turned baluster legs, joined together by an H-shaped brace, also of baluster form.
The armrests are muffled and are embellished at their ends by stylized animal heads.
The backrest is topped by a pediment representing a grotesque face .
Our armchairs have recently been completely reupholstered in the traditional way, giving them great seating comfort.
The upholstery fabric is a beautiful parma-toned velvet with a fine studded finish.
Very fine workmanship from the second half of the 19th century.
