Art Nouveau Sideboard In Mahogany With Bronze Castings, Italy, Early 20th Century
Art Nouveau sideboard in mahogany with bronze castings (generally attributed to Carlo Porro). Upper central doors with beveled glass, mirror below, black marble top, drawer beneath the top, and a paneled door featuring a bronze medallion depicting three cherubs. Sides with paneled upper doors and bronze panels featuring a pair of cherubs; lower doors with maple fillets. Bronze moldings decorated with ears of wheat and pomegranates, a small portion of which is missing; turned, truncated conical legs. Italy, early 20th century.
