Rare and very attractive set of six solid silver forks and six table spoons with the hallmarks of the city of Valenciennes (crowned rampant lion and crowned swan), the crowned Q jurande hallmark and a crowned L maître orfèvre hallmark. To be dated around 1765. Coat of arms probably belonging to a member of the Brun de Montguyon family. Total weight 1000 grams.
