Antique marble and regule mantel set - Joan of Arc - XIXth

Superb antique mantel set including a clock and its pair of candelabras, in veined red marble and patinated regule.

The clock is topped by a finely carved figure of Joan of Arc holding her standard. Plaque signed "Jeanne d'Arc au combat - par Benoz" .

Rich decor typical of the 19th century, blending historical and romantic inspiration.

The two matching bronze/brass candelabras feature handsome scrolled arms and identical marble bases.

Dimensions:

Pendulum: H 70 x W 33 cm

Candelabras: H 46 x W 26 cm

Condition:

Assembled in good overall condition with patina of age.

To note: traces of wear, light oxidation and a visible lack/accident on the statue (see photos).

Mechanism present with pendulum and bell, operation to be revised.
