Important and rare Daum Nancy vase with pink and green decoration of green and pink acid-etched marsh violets on a frosted white ground. The surface of the vase is entirely hammered from top to bottom. The base of the vase has relief work giving water effects reminiscent of the marshes in which these varieties of flowers live. Recessed signature in gold under the base "Daum Nancy" with the Lorraine cross. Perfect condition. Rare work of art circa 1910.
