Oval shape, richly decorated with finely chased rocaille scrolls, foliage, flowers and shells in the taste of the Louis XV style.
Scrolled rim rests on small elegant feet, giving it lightness and refinement.

Visible hallmark attesting to 1838 minerve sterling silver, 19th-century French work.
