Neoclassical-style Mirror From Tuscany, Mid-19th Century
Neoclassical-style mirror, made of carved and gilded wood. The carved cornice features a central face surmounted by an eagle holding branches of flowers and foliage that cascade down the sides of the mirror. Floral and foliage carvings also adorn the vase-shaped legs. Tuscany, mid-19th century.
