Jules-Eugène Lenepveu (1819-1898) Le tir aux pigeons, oil on canvas mounted on wood, 35 x 13 cm, signed at bottom, dated 1883 and located in Paris. Study for the decor of the Casino de Monaco commissioned from Lenepveu by Charles Garnier. (Destroyed in 1969). Related works on the same subject in the Musée d'Angers and the Mairie d'Ornans. Dimensions framed 40 x 18 cm.
