Léonor Fini, pseudonym of Eléonore, born Eleonora Fini on August 30, 1907, in Buenos Aires and died on January 18, 1996, in Aubervilliers, was a French Surrealist painter, engraver, lithographer, theater designer, and writer. Inspired by Surrealism, Léonor Fini had numerous exhibitions and retrospectives worldwide and her work is held in most museums around the globe. (See his very long biography on Wikipedia)
