A Small Mahogany Games Table.
A small Restoration-period mahogany games table with a pivoting leaf-holder top, revealing a slot for chips, (also in mahogany, a sign of fine quality), resting on an X-shaped base joined by a scalloped strut.
Note very minor veneer wear and an old restoration on the top, quite understandable for a piece of furniture dating from the first part of the 19th century, circa 1830.
Open dimensions: 85cm X 55cm.
