A 19th-century Qajar Persian bottle-shaped vase with floral and bird decoration, made of siliceous ceramic with a beige ground.
The surface is covered with a glossy, slightly irregular glaze.
The polychrome decoration depicts birds perched amidst flowering branches and foliage.
The main colors are blue, green, red, and yellow. The motifs are freely drawn with dark outlines. The overall composition is lively and asymmetrical.
