Antique Cameo Brooch Pendant With Rose-cut Diamonds

Antique convertible brooch crafted in rose gold and silver. It features a finely openwork design adorned with small rose-cut diamonds.
The border is finished with beading, while the center is a cameo on agate, decorated at the four cardinal points with small fleur-de-lis in rose gold.
A wide oval ring forms the bail, which is removable thanks to a screw fastening.
A pin with a safety hook allows this antique brooch to be worn as a brooch and can also be removed using a screw thread for the pin and a folded-down hook for the hook.

Period: 19th century.
Main material: 18k rose gold (750/1000), hallmarked with an owl and silver hallmark, and a swan hallmark.
Proportions: Height: approximately 5.7 cm, width: approximately 3.8 cm, thickness: approximately 12 mm.
Net weight: approximately 17.6 g.
