Antique pendant consisting of a small slab of jasper carved in the shape of an ancient gourd, topped with a gold cap that is finely engraved and chased.

The small cap is screw-on and opens; the entire piece is held in place by a small jaseron-link chain attached to a perforated gold plate and a round ring forming the bail.

Pendant sold alone without its display chain.

Period: 19th century
Main material: rose gold, 750 parts per thousand, 18 karats.

Dimensions: Height: approx. 3.5 cm, width: approx. 16 mm, thickness: approx. 3.6 mm.

Net weight: approx. 1.6 g.

Authentic antique jewelry—crafted in the late 19th century.
