Fine subject, very bright. Dated 1900. Charles Nauert, painter and draftsman born in Paris, student of A. Gautier and G. Rochegrosse. He exhibited an interior scene and a portrait at the Salon des Artistes Français in 1890 and 1891. Illustrations by his hand also exist. Oil on canvas, 65 x 50 cm. Painting in very good condition.
