The glass piece is decorated with Honesty flowers (Pope's Money) in contrasting polychrome translucent enamels of blue, yellow, and white, outlined in fired gold. It is signed within the decoration "Aug. Heiligenstein", under the bowl in gold "Aug. Heiligenstein," and dated "1923" (see photos). Likely a unique piece.
