A circular, flat-bottomed, embossed, guilloché, and engraved silver box, decorated with strong fillets on the lid and base. The body and lid are entirely decorated with confronted mythical Chinese dragons, executed in pronounced bas-relief. China, Shanghai, circa 1900. Maker's mark: Hung Chong & Co. Silver, at least 800/1000, French "swan" hallmark. Dimensions: Diameter: 9.5 cm Height: 6 cm Weight: 190 g Condition: very good condition, without dents or deformations.
