Rare and original repoussé brass fountain with a wooden panel depicting a turtle in a pond, late 19th/early 20th century.
The fountain is filled by removing the turtle's tail (see photo).
Under the turtle's neck are the tap and a small soap dish with a grid and a flower-shaped basin.
