Interesting still life, very early 19th century, signed Bartholdix and dated 1808. Oil on canvas, mounted on cardboard. In an overturned wicker basket are dried herrings, large pink onions, and cloves of garlic. A gray and blue stoneware tankard with a tin lid is also present. Straw protrudes from the basket.
