A commission on parchment, from a count, of General Albert Louis Emmanuel de Fouler, equerry to the Empress, Count of Relingue, page to the King in 1786, who served in the campaigns of Austria, Prussia, Poland, and Spain, and was a squadron commander in the King's Household Musketeers in 1814. His name is inscribed on the Arc de Triomphe. The commission is signed by Napoleon I and comes with its red wax seal bearing the Imperial Arms and its protective case. 1808, First Empire period. Some fading, framed under glass.
