Most of our items are shipped from this site. For small items weighing less than 20 kg and measuring 180 cm in circumference (width + height x 2), the package measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days, depending on your location. Customs fees may apply to your package and will be payable upon delivery. Large items to the UK and EU: These items are shipped via our partner carriers, who operate between the UK, France, and Spain. We aim to deliver these items within 2 to 4 weeks. Large Items - International Shipping: We will need your full address to obtain an accurate quote from our carriers. Once all charges are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if required. Your shipment will then be handed over to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and loaded onto the next available vessel. Sea freight transit times vary between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to handle customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our transport partners can assist you with these procedures. These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance: For any shipment with additional insurance, in the event of damage occurring during transit, you must immediately notify the recipient's carrier and us so that we can begin the claim process.
