Large Provençal Radassier, Three Seats, Painted Wood, Louis XVI Period – 18th Century
Large and elegant three-seater Provencal radassier, in painted wood, with its old patina. Provencal work from the 18th century, from the Louis XVI period.
This model has a backrest with bars simply curved with three moving bars, typical of Provencal furniture of this period. The flexible lines of the Louis XVI style.
The base is composed of feet rotated in a spindle, connected by bars. shaped at the facade forming a pitched base, ensuring both stability and visual lightness to the whole. The slightly curved armrests harmoniously extend the structure.
The seat is malled and upholstered, still present under the current trim. It is now lined with removable cushions made in an old red spiked blanket, bordered with a light braid of the same color as its patina.
