Art Nouveau Frosted Enameled Glass Bowl – Legras, Montjoye Saint-denis
An elegant circular frosted glass bowl decorated with polychrome enameled anemones enhanced with gilded lines and foliage. The floral decoration, rendered with finesse and naturalism, is fully in keeping with the Art Nouveau aesthetic of the turn of the 20th century. The glass has a frosted texture obtained through acid etching, characteristic of the Legras glassworks in Montjoye-Saint-Denis. The base is adorned with a cut star motif.
