A 19th-century Napoleon III carved and blackened wood bonheur du jour desk. The top is covered in morocco leather, and there is one drawer in the frieze. The desk is surmounted by a stepped section with six drawers (two keys included) and decorated with a cornice. There is wear to the lacquer and some pitting in the wood. Dimensions: H 134 x W 80 x D 57 cm. Height of the top: 75 cm
