A rosewood veneered commode with projecting fronts, framed in amaranth wood with Greek key and chevron molding. It features five drawers in three rows, two of which are without crossbars. The rounded uprights are inlaid with faux fluting. It has cabriole legs and a molded, molded gray St. Anne marble top with a groove. Stamped MONDON (1694-1770). Transitional period between Louis XV and Louis XVI, 18th century.
