This rug features a very pretty salmon-colored field, enlivened by a delicately crafted central medallion, framed by a wide border richly decorated with floral motifs. The whole offers a remarkable balance between decorative power and great visual harmony. Note: This rug is very difficult to photograph; in reality, the colors are more soft, shimmering pastels. Woven entirely by hand, this Kashmiri rug is distinguished by the quality of its silk and the precision of its design, giving it an authentic charm and an incomparable decorative presence.
