The Self-Portrait with Lace Jabot, or M. Maurice Quentin Delatour painted by himself, is a pastel on paper by the painter Maurice-Quentin de La Tour, created in 1751, and held in Amiens at the Musée de Picardie. In the 18th century, pastel experienced its golden age. Maurice-Quentin de La Tour was one of its undisputed masters, nicknamed the "prince of pastelists," and he developed a method for fixing pastel.
