This is Ludovic Napoléon LEPIC, born in Paris in 1839 and died in 1889. Landscape painter, marine artist, watercolorist, engraver, sculptor. He exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1869 and also participated in the second Impressionist exhibition in 1876.
Listed in the Bénézit dictionary and in Gérald Schurr's book "Les Petits Maîtres de la Peinture" (The Little Masters of Painting), from which the biography can be read in the photo is taken.

Condition: Good condition, with a slight imperfection at the top in the sky (a small hole barely larger than a pinhead) (see photo). Dimensions with frame: 40 x 32 cm.
