Dated August 1898 (or 1895). A landscape and seascape painter, student of Auguin, Pradelles, and Oscar Gué, he belongs to that lineage of Bordeaux landscape painters influenced by Corot and Courbet. He exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1877 and at the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889. Oil on wood panel in used condition, needs cleaning, some soiling, 41 x 31 cm. Shipping within France and internationally.
